The Smoke & Gamble limited quantity Reserve wines are produced from select vineyard properties and showcase the distinctiveness of each varietal and blend. These wines receive extended aging, up to two-and-a-half years, and can easily be aged for enjoyment in future years.

Appassimento: Amarone style. Perfectly ripe, clean bunches of grapes are harvested and placed in former tobacco kilns to partially dry the berries leaving us with concentrated fruit to work with in fermentation.

Burning Ice: Frozen Appassimento. Partially dried fruit is left in the kiln until outside temperatures are approximately minus 8 degrees celcius. The grapes are then pressed while still frozen to achieve a rich, decadent desert wine.
